    Yes, advance reservations are available. You can book online via the official website (from 60 days before your planned departure date until the day before). A reservation fee of 1,000 yen (tax included) applies. With a reservation, you can enter smoothly even when the lot is full.

  • Can I enter or exit the parking lot late at night or early in the morning?

    The parking lot is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can enter and exit at any time, including late at night and early in the morning.

  • Can I wait if the parking lot is full?

    The lot may fill up during peak seasons such as Golden Week, Obon, and year-end holidays. With an advance reservation (1,000 yen fee), you can enter smoothly even when the lot is full. Without a reservation, you may need to wait outside.

  • Are there any discount programs?

    Customers with a disability certificate receive a 50% discount on parking fees. To apply, please notify staff via the intercom at the ticket machine before taking your parking ticket (available 7:00–23:00).

  • Is EV/PHV charging available?

    Yes, two CHAdeMO rapid chargers (44kW) are installed on the 1st floor. You can use them via a dedicated app or by scanning the QR code on the charger.
